So Leslie, I competed at Santa Clara Nationals this past weekend and asked my daughter and a friend to video several of my races so that I might analyze "my work." All be damned if all that shooter, SDK, AFAP breakout to 15M work I have been so diligently and painfully completing each swim practice didn't pay off!!!! Thank you for your HIT workouts the last two years and your Blog. I continue to follow some of your posted blog workouts when it is appropriate for my swim schedule. I have said I want to swim like you when I grow up (I'm really in your age group) and I think I'm on my way. :bow::applaud::banana:
