i qm having a major problem. for some reason i just cant master the flutter kick. what are ways i can improve my flutter kick?
i can under water a 25 yard dolphin kick in 12 seconds, but i can only go 17 flutter kicking with a kick board and i also struggle to make 40 seconds in a 50 yard kick with kick board, and 2:00 in a 100 kick and i believe that if i can get my kicking as fast as it should be i can drop time in all the events i swim. i believe that my flutter kick is hindering my ability to perform at my full potential.

in the 50 free = 22.72
100 free time= 49.68
100 fly time is= 53.23
