Preliminary Top 10 Listings Available for SCM 2013

Is this list still Preliminary? The FINA World Top Ten list seems to be Final on the FINA website so if that is the case wouldn't these Top Lists be Final now?

Is this list still Preliminary? The FINA World Top Ten list seems to be Final on the FINA website so if that is the case wouldn't these Top Lists be Final now? The deadline to submit corrections was the end of February so Mary Beth (who is in charge of the USMS lists) would know which times, if any, would have to be added or removed or altered from the preliminary lists. I'm mostly guessing but I would imagine she would pass that information on to Walt Reid, who does the FINA lists. From that point Walt may have less to do to get the lists up on the web than Mary Beth. I know that one thing Mary Beth has to wait on is for the formatted lists, something FINA hasn't done yet for 2013 either. Since this is the last season of 2013, she also has to designate the All-Stars. Then it all gets uploaded to the USMS website and the All-American & All-Star lists get updated too. She usually beats the publication schedule though, which says "April" for the SCM lists.

Thanks Chris for the response. I will tell people to wait until the final lists are published to order patches and ignore the FINA lists for now.
