Doesn't make sense to me either. I train with age groupers and 1 is going there now and swimming while another just signed to go there to swim. Now she's deciding what to do.
I feel absolutely terrible for those student-athletes and their coaches. From what I've heard, they and the coaches were blindsided by this. Getting rid of four teams to add one doesn't make much sense to me.
