Now I know that it is advantageous to get under the turbulence coming off the wall, but 200 feet seems a bit extreme. Where are you supposed to train for turns like that anyway? ;)
Max recreational scuba dive is about 120 ft so one would need to be a tech diver to test that claim! They ought to hold up for flip turns ;)
