Curious if others have designed a goal set that you do every week. I've done goal sets every 4-8 weeks before, but every week?
I've been tinkering with this for a year or so now, and it seems interesting. I do the sets for 6-12 weeks, every week. Each week I get some measurable improvement.
I'm know I've rediscovered some form of training, but curious what the technical name is. I'll provide examples for the curious.
