Anyone out there had shoulder replacement surgery? If so..... do you have decent range of motion?..... and can you workout as regularly like you used to? I had my left shoulder scraped out about 5 years ago due to bad arthritis. I am facing this one day.
My wife also needs her left shoulder replaced, she has had 3 other operations on it to this point.
She has been putting it off for more than 15 years, but she is at the "must replace it" point now.
I would also like to hear from others as to how it worked out.
