Swim Fin Advice

Hi, Doing some fly kick sets today, I tore my third pair of TYR Burners today. I'm liking using a short fin for the dual reasons of maintaining my kick tempo and a distinct lack of cartilage in my right hip (long fins really overstrain my hip flexors) Any advice on fins for those in the know? Currently looking at speedo short blade, tyr crossblade and finis zoomers. Jeff

  • I have these fins and really like them www.swimoutlet.com/.../5265.htm They stay snug on the feet without having to resort to wearing socks like a lot of my teammates do with other fins. The downside is that they're not as long as some of the "real" swim fins so you have to work a little harder to keep up with the gang. Also, they float very well so sometimes I use them for pull sets instead of a pull bouy.
