What's the youngest age someone can be a master?

We have a teen 16/17 wanted to be a master...is there an age limit? i can't find it on our website.

If they had signed up about 15 years ago, they could have registered. We had a 7 year old register at one time before the rules changed.

She was registered in order to attain the USMS insurance while swimming during the parent's workouts.
