Anyone have any experience using TeamUnify

Hey folks, my team is starting to consider consolidating our administrative procedures (registration, roster tracking, payments, etc) and we're considering TeamUnify. Currently, all our processes are pretty much manual, so we're looking for a one stop shop to make everything more efficient and streamlined. Does anyone have any experience with it? Pros/cons? Suggestions? Thanks! habu
  • Our team, Manatee Aquatic Masters in Oakland CA has been using Team Unify for many years now. Our finance people are very happy with TU, and we have fewer dues related problems now.Folks at TU are very helpful and responsive when we need assistance. They have great training support and offer webinars to help teams stay up to date with their products.
  • Our club uses TU, for both competitive and Masters. It is a good system and has a lot of capabilities. Financial management is a very solid, along with meet and roster management. The key to TU is to have one or two people own it because it requires some degree of expertise and is not always intuitive. Passing duties around from person to person can cause issues.

Another vendor you might consider is Club Assistant. They do the online event entries for many Masters events. But they also have a club management system similar to what you describe. Their web site is www.clubassistant.com.
