You'll note that this is a slight modification of the order of events listed on page 30 of Part 1 (Swimming Rules www.usms.org/.../part1.pdf) from the USMS Rule Book. The Championship Committee and Meet Host felt that changing (swapping) the relays on Day 2 and Day 3 would better balance the meet length on the two referenced days.
