Hi USMS,
I'm visiting from London over the next few weeks and need to find a swimming pool for training in early mornings or evenings in or near Norwalk CT. I'm booked into a 10k swim mid Sept and need to recover my fitness after a month out injured.
Any pointers gratefully received.

Try the Wilton YMCA http://www.wiltonymca.org. Wilton is the next town north of Norwalk and the masters team is good. Main road (route7) will take you right to the Y!
