I'm from The Netherlands my stats are:
7'1 tall
230lbs
I want to swim faster is there a program somewhere that I can follow?
Also is it good to do weight lifting like squats,deadlifts, benchpress and all others that work the entire body I know to much muscle wont make you faster in the water but by having a low bodyfat and and little muscle mass that will make you faster?

I suggest you look at the KNZB web site www.knzb.nl/.../ to fins a swim club. The best way to get better is to get hooked up with a good coached swim program.
