I was in Cambodia (PP and SR) early last year and although I did not specifically search for a coached practice, I can tell you that water is such a luxury there, that I would be surprised if there is such thing (especially in SR)
I "swam" in my hotel pools a little. The longest was about 10 yards.
If you find one, please let me know, as I plan on going back to Cambodia at some point and would love to test out the waters there.
