I'm trying to plan a trip to Napa Valley and connect it to Nationals. Does anyone know of a good place to swim in the Napa Valley area. I don't mind getting up in the morning and driving a short bit if necessary.
There are a few resorts that claim to have lap pools. I may cough up the extra $$$$ and book one although I'm worried that their idea of a lap pool may not be the same as mine. Any help will be appreciated. :blush:
I hope you're planning Napa for AFTER Nationals. It would be a great reward for a meet well-swum; I doubt you'd get to truly taste the best of what Napa has to offer if you were worried about training and then racing after a trip there. As for pools, I trust www.swimmersguide.com or www.pacificmasters.org/.../plctoswim.shtml. I used to go there for business, but never found/made the time to swim.
