  • I saw my orthopedist today.We decided that my shoulder would not be ready for speed work any time soon,so no Nats this year.Hopefully I'll be OK by the end of SCM this year.Next year I age up, so I don't want to not screw things up.I hope everyone there has a great time and great times. You didn't say anything about Mrs. Frog being injured ;) She can swim in the meet while you cheer her on! :) (I am sorry to hear about the shoulder. I hope you are ready for the SCM season.)
