Hold on a minute. Pasadena is pretty nice, I'll grant you, but I'd say it's difficult to top Mission Viejo for strip malls. It's seems like miles of the exact same looking subdivisions and shopping centers. On the plus side the ocean is not far away.
No arguement from me on strip malls behind the orange curtain. We drove from Sarasota to Ft. Lauderdale to visit my mother, some 200 miles and one town looked just like another...just like Orange County.
