I plan on joining a local CrossFit program to improve endurance, and I also plan on doing the Paleo diet alongside. Is this a good idea, and can I expect performance gains? I'm doing swimming 2 hours a day early morning already. i also plan on doing maybe an hour of Yoga in the beginning of my day in or to stretch my muscles and remove the negative is affects of weight compression, will Yoga also make me more streamline-like in the water?

  • I substituted CrossFit for swimming for a few months (going just few times a week but that was all I was swimming) and I noticed a significant drop in my endurance. I wouldn't do crossfit for the endurance. But it's a fun workout so long as you don't hurt yourself (which I also kept doing).
