I plan on joining a local CrossFit program to improve endurance, and I also plan on doing the Paleo diet alongside. Is this a good idea, and can I expect performance gains? I'm doing swimming 2 hours a day early morning already.
i also plan on doing maybe an hour of Yoga in the beginning of my day in or to stretch my muscles and remove the negative is affects of weight compression, will Yoga also make me more streamline-like in the water?
What is your goal? If your goal is all around fitness,then Crossfit is fine.What are you doing in your 2 hours of swimming? 2 hours of swimming with some intensity would leave many of us thinking we had done plenty of exercise for the day.If you want to swim faster,then adding some weight lifting,focusing on technique,and doing some race pace work would be a more efficient use of your time.
