I plan on joining a local CrossFit program to improve endurance, and I also plan on doing the Paleo diet alongside. Is this a good idea, and can I expect performance gains? I'm doing swimming 2 hours a day early morning already.
i also plan on doing maybe an hour of Yoga in the beginning of my day in or to stretch my muscles and remove the negative is affects of weight compression, will Yoga also make me more streamline-like in the water?
I agree with sickfish for the most part. CrossFit can certainly make you stronger and fitter, but it's not going to help your swimming endurance, if that's what you're going for. Yoga certainly can't hurt although, again, it probably isn't going to directly affect your swimming endurance.
