Phelps denies rumors of a comeback, somewhat

Could it be true? This article says he is headed for the Olympic Training Center to start his training this weekend. Phelps' tweet suggests that there is no comeback but he doesn't make an outright denial, either.

I wouldn't be surprised if he makes a comeback for Rio. I would be surprised if he's back in the pool already.
