Could it be true? This article says he is headed for the Olympic Training Center to start his training this weekend. Phelps' tweet suggests that there is no comeback but he doesn't make an outright denial, either.
I doubt he is coming back,but if he is he'll have to wait 9 mon to return to USA-S meets.That means if he wanted to compete he'd need to join USMS.I doubt that wouls happen,but wouldn't that be cool.
