I'll be on business travel to LA the week of May 20-24. Days will be spent at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, 8700 Beverly Blvd., West Hollywood (sort of between Hollywood & Beverly Hills). My hotel is nearby.
As a hayseed from flyover country, I'm pretty intimidated by Los Angeles traffic, and do not want to drive all over the place. I'm hoping to find a place to swim, reasonably close to the above. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I visited West Hollywood Aquatics at West Hollywood Park about this time last year and had a very nice swim.
I'm swimming with the West Hollywood Masters this week. It's a pleasant 20 minute walk from my hotel. VERY nice bunch of people, very friendly & welcoming. Decent pool, coach on deck, about 4000 in 1.5 hours, including lots of stroke sets.
