I think I will show this article to the persons in pools where I swim who complain about their workouts and/or the distance they swim.

I posted this last night in the Open Water Swimming forum (so far no reply there :(). The captain and the mate were in the water for much longer, 23 hours.
It took them 14 hours to swim 8 miles? Pfft. Amateurs! :)
Must've been a morning practice, followed about 12 hours later with an afternoon/evening practice. That's how I'd do it in 14 hours! :D
