I took today off so I could chill at home...and head up tomorrow for the IL State Meet... excited and nervous.... spent the morning doing laundry and planting Hops... yes the type you use in beer.
Nice Job this past weekend! I did improve my 200 back and 100 free times, which was good. Our team placed 6th, not bad for only having 15 swimmers on our team. Did you happen to see the 100 *** final? My teammate swam a 56.73 and broke ILMSA record for his age group, also broke the 200 *** record with a 2:05.5 Good to see you again....Keep up the swimming and your times will only improve!
