I took today off so I could chill at home...and head up tomorrow for the IL State Meet... excited and nervous.... spent the morning doing laundry and planting Hops... yes the type you use in beer.

Story: USMS SCY nationals, Atlanta, 2010. Men's 100 ***, some heat, swimmers on the blocks. Something went haywire with the computer & they called the swimmers down. Thence ensued a delay of over half an hour!!! While the swimmers understood that you need a working computer to run the meet, they were understandably pretty annoyed that such a thing should happen right before their focus event. They were on the blocks, fer gosh sakes!
