Best I can offer: extremely slow 4x 50m medley, me as flyer (ie one-arm fly as a disability exception), possibly with water starts. And I don't know if the *** would be FINA-legal.
No living parents or grandparents, no children, one sibling. I know my cousins swam recreationally as kids, so assume they can at least survive 50m! Ditto my brother. I'm the only one who's ever competed.
