FINA rules as modified for Masters competition and as printed in the latest edition of the FINA Handbook will govern all aquatic disciplines at the V UANA Pan American Masters Championships. It is the responsibility of each competitor to be familiar with these rules. FINA rules and regulations may be found at fina.org.

A bunch of swimmers are coming from South and Central America, including 258 from Venezuela, 94 from Brazil, and 72 from Mexico. But that's not all! There are ... listen to this ... 20 from Russia, 16 from the Czech Republic, 11 from Ukraine, 3 from Rwanda, and 1 from Kazakhstan! How cool is that?Where can I get a bunch of little USA pins for cheap?So the more the merrier, but I thought PanAm was For swimmers from the Americas(North, Central or South)? What are the rules about which countries can participate?
