FINA rules as modified for Masters competition and as printed in the latest edition of the FINA Handbook will govern all aquatic disciplines at the V UANA Pan American Masters Championships. The only thing our rulebook states about pool exits is during a relay. If the finished leg swimmer is unable to get out in time, they should hang on to the line out of the way the racing and equipment until the heat is done. Other than that, I didn't notice anything requiring exiting at the side ladder.
