68 year old team mate started working out last year after doing nothing since high school. His first dive from a block with goggles was in practice on Wednesday. He did a 30.8 50 Free at the Pacific Masters meet today. In 1963 he did a 22.4, which was the Fresno High record for 30 years.

Funny, one thing our coach has added to many practices to help speed is an idea stolen from Rich when I worked out with him in January.
