If doping is within the acceptable culture of training and competition amongst cyclists they should make it legal. I'm sick of this double-play of the rules and I'm sick of them. Lance Armstrong is a rich man based on lying and cheating; that will always be a LOSER in my eyes. If he is remorseful he should give ALL the money to the Livestrong charity.
