I swam before and was licenced swimmer and now i started again.
I am 36 years old, 180cm and 80kg,
My primary goal is weightloss and being fit (burn fat and shape muscles like typical official swimmers)
so how is this workout?
I train 5 times a week.
100m freestyle warmup (%25 speed)
200m freestyle (%50 speed)
4x200m medley (%75 speed) (50m butterfly, 50m backstroke, 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle)
100m butterfly (%75 speed)
100m backstroke (%75 speed)
100m breaststroke (%75 speed)
100m freestyle (%75 speed)
2x50m freestyle (%100 speed)
1-2min rest of each break, total 1600m.

I would add during warm up and colling down some legs only distances to it.
