First kudos for putting vids out here for critique! I've got two thoughts, first easy, second more time intensive.
First - streamline, on the start and the turn. elbows locked, biceps over ears thumb on top locked to the bottom. It's most obvious on the turn... when your feet touch the wall that position should ready. I wasn't able to upload an image for some reason, but here is a link to the screenshot. Get that streamline down and knock off 2 seconds easy.
Second - shoulder rotation. You are strong and you are squaring your shoulders and powering through the water (while I am probably not as strong, I swim the same way). Work on getting those shoulders rotated and fully grab that water. Tall order, but lots of fun learning!
