Sore inner thigh hips from BR?

Does anyone else get sore inner hips after doing a lot of br? My inner hippers have been sore the last 2 days.

inner thigh muscles are called "adductors" if anyone is curious. The glute muscles that move the legs away from the body (laterally) are "abductors."
