What do you mean by, "a lot," of breaststroke?
I've done as much as 1200 yards in a workout, and never gotten sore thighs. I sometimes get sore knees, but that is a combination of *** + cycling.
I do at least 1-200 easy free before I do any breaststroke, usually much more than that. I couldn't imagine diving in and going right into a *** breakout cold. After 200, I may mix in a 25 *** for every 75 free, 3-4 rounds, before doing any real *** sets.
