Does anyone else get sore inner hips after doing a lot of br?
My inner hippers have been sore the last 2 days.

I get really sore muscles in my inner thighs from doing *** stroke, and it's not injury, just sore muscles from them being used when they aren't used all that often (I'm not a breaststroker!). Is that what you're asking about?
