I use Premier Nutrition protein (30g) shakes (chocolate and vanilla). Costco has them in boxes of 18, and they go on manufacturer's discount every May (20% off), bringing the price down to a little over a dollar per shake. Every May I buy a year's supply. First thing I do when I get out to the parking lot after workouts is stick a straw in one. Heavenly.
