My cap is pulling my hair out on my neck area ( looks like i shaved it).Can any recommend a cap that won't be so tough on my hair? I'm using a silicon cap currently.

Could you wear a Lycra cap underneath? I don't know if that would help or not. I wonder if the cap is to small for your head and that's why it's pulling? Maybe a larger cap if that might be the case; I'm sure they must make larger sizes.
