Swam my first race in a disappointing 1:02. I have 4 weeks of training until my next meet. Any advice or specific training suggestions that will help me achieve my goal of sub 1 minute?
Knelson has a good point. Also what is your 50? that will tell something of your speed vs endurance. You will not add alot of endurance in 4 weeks, so work on starts, breakouts, turns, streamlines, head position, breathing pattern and finish in your workouts.
