Swam my first race in a disappointing 1:02. I have 4 weeks of training until my next meet. Any advice or specific training suggestions that will help me achieve my goal of sub 1 minute?
How did you split the race? This would be helpful information. If your first 50 was under 29 seconds then you probably have the speed and need to work on your endurance. If your first 50 was 29 seconds or more you need to work on your speed.
