The preliminary TT lists are posted for the 2012 SCM season, which ran Jan 1 thru Dec 31.

Actually I spoke slightly too soon; Mary Beth tells me that there are some errors in the online relay AA lists (eg listing UNAT relays). There are algorithm errors and will be fixed by Mary Beth or Jim (I just push a button that generates the online lists from TT relays).
I have attached a valid list of relay AAs. I apologize for any confusion.
