    I noticed one guy did some fly there... Reminds me of some workouts we had in pre-season for track in college. Nothing like a 7AM practice on a saturday in October after you've been out the night before... ugh... I'm all for sprints... I don't know how the guys do the 1650 etc. Such mental focus and strength.
