I have a meeting in Mesa at 10:30. My flight out is not until 5:30. Using the "Places to swim" search on USMS, looks like there are a few mid day workouts in the area. Any suggestions?

Currently plan to arrive at Sky Harbor Airport around 10:30 on Wed., March 27. After collecting luggage and rental car, I expect an 11 a.m. departure from airport, with the day's (leisurely) destination the Grand Canyon. I'd enjoy a noon swim (need not be a full-bore workout) but have no idea where anything is in relation to aiport, only that Phoenix is bigger than I ever imagined.
Any suggestions?
