What is the average stroke count for a 25 yd free swim? Assuming no block start? I'm trying to count mine and was wondering where I should be aiming for.
I can't find a video, but I remember hearing that Kevin Cordes took six strokes per length (other than the first and last lengths) when he recently set a new American Record in the 200 ***.
