I've got at least 10 caps that I've gotten at various events and have no use for. Does anyone have an idea of something I can do with them or, better yet, an organization that can use them? Most are still in bags and have never been worn. I only wear caps during meets and in open water swims where the organizers require them.

If you live near a Y team with lots of younger kids, you could donate the caps to them for if kids' families can't afford them or if the kids forget them or something.
