Plus one on the Vanquishers. I use my mirrored dark lens goggles for outdoor swimming and a clear pair for indoor. No complaints with them whatsoever. They last a long time (I have yet to replace a pair due to a malfunction or a broken strap) and I only replace them when I can no longer see out of them, which so far, is typically every 18 months or so.
I think I have about 10 different pairs of goggles. Each pair lasts easily 3-5 years. I think I buy 1-2 new a year, but more because I am bored than because I need them. The goggles these days can go forever across any brands. I have goggles from speedo, sporti, water gear and probably some other brands.
If I was stranded on a desert island and could only take one pair, though, it would be speedo mirrored vanquishers (Amazon.com: Speedo Vanquisher 2.0 Plus Mirrored Goggle: Sports & Outdoors).
