I swim once a week in a ropy 50m pool that once was the bees knees but is now some way below international standard ... in some lanes at one end it is hard to even hang onto the wall if you are near the jets, and we decided to see what the effect was
We tried 50m backstroke with fins and found there was a five / seven stroke difference per length ..... can anyone beat that?
