I am new to the U.S. Masters. Just signed up last week. I am wondering if anyone here is from the Snake River Masters area (Idaho). I would like to know what a typical year is for competition. How many meets there usually are? What times of the year they are held? What cities? Anything you can tell me about would be greatly appreciated.

From what I've seen, there aren't a whole lot of masters only meets in the Snake River LMSC. A lot of their meets are "dual sanctioned" with the age groupers in the local meets. If you want a good listing of events in the northwest area, check out this:

He keeps it pretty well updated, and you can go all over the place.
