First post ever.
I wonder if you would take a look at my form and give me some constructive criticism.
I'm swimming on the Hokkaido masters circuit just for fun, doing 25m and 50m free. Sometimes Fly.
I'd like to get deep into the 23's, but I'm currently doing 24.2's.

Andy, great job. First time out after getting some advice from the peanut gallery, giving it some thought, then getting hunted by a young lion on the back end, you get a new PB. Presto magico. Only the beginning, would be my guess.
Why Not returns to a big point, asking about EVF. Gary Hall Sr. makes this a very interesting topic with his views on the subject. Here's a nugget:
