Music Systems while Swimming..

I think this has been covered before but wanted to ask again: => When you're swimming laps do you ever use a music system as an adjunct? I mean - like the kind you wear on your ear. Which types are best? I know there's one that transmits the sound through the mastoid bone. Any recommendations out there? Thx. AJD

  • I've had both music systems--in ear and bone conduction. Although I liked the bone conduction type (SwimMP3), the system quit working after one year. The in ear system that is like a waterproof iPod is working the longest for me. I find the in-ear system easier to tuck inside a swim cap, unlike the SwimMP3 which is a bit more cumbersome.
